You will translate business needs into structured user stories, manage the product backlog, drive clarity across stakeholders, and support the Product Manager in shaping future roadmap and process What you’ll do Understand pain points in internal processes, workflows, and how employees find/share information and do work Map user journeys and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, AI optimisation, and better UX Ensure that internal tools and content contribute to a coherent overall EX vision Help shape requirements for improving our SharePoint intranet Support early thinking on navigation, structure, and how the intranet links to Teams, Loop, and key business tools Translate intranet improvement ideas into clear tickets, stories, and enhancements Ensure consistency and usability as the intranet evolves over time Run triage conversations with stakeholders who often arrive with “half a solution” Challenge assumptions to uncover actual problems Translate business needs into structured, user-centred stories and acceptance criteria Maintain an organized, prioritized backlog across enhancements, fixes, automations, and intranet improvements Prepare clear, delivery-ready stories in advance of refinement Balance small operational fixes with longer-term improvements What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile BA, Product Analyst, or similar Strong process and problem-analysis capability Experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria Comfortable collaborating directly with developers in refinement and delivery Some grounding in UX thinking, content structure, and intra-company navigation patterns Familiarity with modern digital workplace ecosystems (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Loop, automation tools) Curiosity about AI-enabled working and automation Excellent stakeholder management, especially working with teams proposing partial solutions A structured, diplomatic, user-centred mindset #LI-HYBRID #LI-RP1 Why work for Euromonitor?
