Job Description As a Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we plan, build, and optimise that portfolio across both ASOS Brands and Partner Brands to ensure ASOS offers our fashion-loving 20-something customers a curated mix of own-brand collections and 3rd party labels that brings together trend-led design, inclusive sizing, and global style perspectives. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, product and strategy. You’ll work across initiatives like Test & React, Partner Fulfilment, and Customer Funnel optimisation, translating business needs into actionable insights, wireframes, and dashboards that drive clarity and alignment across teams. Your work will help shape better products, improve customer satisfaction, and unlock commercial growth at scale. The Details… Design and maintain dashboards that visualise key metrics and support data-informed decision-making Drive clarity across teams by connecting data, design and business goals Engage with senior leadership to present insights, influence strategic decisions, and align on priorities Promote data literacy across teams, supporting self-serve insights through training, documentation and tooling Manage priorities based on business impact and communicate timelines and outcomes effectively We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. Qualifications About You You’re a curious, commercially minded problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and are confident navigating senior stakeholder conversations, presenting insights that drive impact, and collaborating cross-functionally to solve business-critical challenges. Ideally, you’ll have a background in a quantitative discipline, experience with tools like MicroStrategy or warehouse systems, and a genuine interest in fashion e-commerce, particularly across own-brand and 3rd party brand strategies. You’ll also be able to demonstrate: Experience in product analytics, strategy or insight roles within high-growth or start-up environments Strong analytical skills and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems Confidence working with large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, Adobe and data visualisation tools like Power BI A product mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing user needs with business goals A natural curiosity, a bias toward action, and a passion for improving products and experiences Additional Information BeneFITS’ Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)
