These models combine technology, data and human‑centred design to make care more accessible, more equitable and more sustainable—for people living with ongoing health needs. We’re now seeking a Product Analyst – Chronic Care to help design, optimise and scale these models of care. The opportunity This role sits at the heart of cross‑functional delivery. As Product Analyst – Chronic Care, you will work across clinical, operational and digital teams to turn complex chronic care needs into clear requirements, efficient workflows and intuitive digital solutions. Your work will directly enable better experiences for patients, carers and clinicians—and support the safe, scalable growth of Care at Home services. You do not need a clinical background. You do need curiosity, strong analytical thinking and a passion for solving meaningful problems at scale. What you’ll do Translate complex needs into solutions Work with clinicians and service teams to translate chronic care needs into functional requirements, user stories and process designs that support person‑centred care. Optimise products and processes Analyse and improve end‑to‑end workflows across virtual and home‑based services, strengthening interoperability, efficiency and user experience. Use data to drive improvement Monitor product performance, patient experience, equity impacts and system usage to identify opportunities for optimisation and inform business cases. Partner across disciplines Act as a bridge between clinical, technical and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions. Support innovation and quality Contribute to continuous improvement by integrating analytics, emerging technology and automation—while ensuring compliance with clinical governance, safety, privacy and regulatory standards. About you You are a collaborative, data‑driven problem solver who enjoys working in complex environments and translating insight into action. You bring: Experience working as a business analyst, product analyst or similar role in digital, platform or service environments Strong ability to turn user, consumer or customer insights into clear requirements and practical solutions Systems thinking, with sound business and analytical capability Confidence working across diverse stakeholders and influencing without authority Ability to interpret complex data, research or policy and translate it into operational improvement Experience in digital health, virtual care or chronic care services is highly regarded—but not essential.
