JOB SUMMARY

As a Product Analyst at Cupid Media, you will play a key role in analysing and interpreting data to provide insights that drive product decisions. You will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and user experience of our products.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Work Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within ICT, software development, or consultin

• Analyse user behaviour, and product performance, searching for hidden patterns to derive actionable insights;
• Analyse the expected impact of A/B tests and evaluate tests’ results using statistical methods;
• Participating in product development processes to be up-to-date with product changes, planning implementations;
• Use data visualisation techniques to present data-driven insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and understandably;
• Interpret A/B test results and provide recommendations for product optimisation;
• Monitor and track key product metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement;
• Create and maintain up-to-date dashboards.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
