Responsibilities:

As a Product Analyst at Global Payments, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technology and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver exceptional product experiences.

Working in an agile environment, you will:

  • Collaborate on feature definition and scope with cross-functional teams;
  • Co-lead feature/design workshops to drive alignment and creativity in solution design;
  • Drive collaboration on solution proposals for new features to ensure business and user needs are met;
  • Write user stories & acceptance criteria to ensure clear and actionable product development;
  • Define Definition of Done (DOD) and Definition of Ready (DOR) for stories to ensure clarity and quality in execution;
  • Run team planning & refinement sessions to help prioritise and organise upcoming work;
  • Manage and prioritise the Team Backlog, ensuring the most impactful features are delivered;
  • Document internal and external processes, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on requirements and deliverables;
  • Provide internal and external documentation for new features, ensuring clarity for all teams involved;
  • Continuously monitor feature performance to provide feedback for future iterations and enhancements.
