We work as one team with a common goal to create shared success benefiting everyone.  What you will do… * Work with the product team on product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities * Recommend improvements to products by studying and mastering current workflows * Assist in product development efforts by writing feature requirements and maintaining feature documentation * Assist in product education by providing advanced support and training to internal and external users * Communicate product updates for your product area with internal teams * Act as a liaison between product management and client services team What you bring… * Bachelor’s Degree required  * 3+ years’ experience in hospice experience required * Strong problem-solving abilities   * Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to support working in a fast pace and multi-faceted team environment  * Ability to manage workload in a demanding environment to meet deadlines * Presentation skills, including ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences Axxess is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
