In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of our Pricing and Billing applications from conception to implementation and go to market. You will work closely with product, business owners, engineering, design, operations and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality billing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering market-competitive pricing and billing solutions for North America. You’ll help define our vision, roadmap and manage the product backlog.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the payment lifecycle and merchant/partner needs
  • Champion the voice of the customer by integrating their needs, feedback, and experiences into product strategy, operational decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and manage delivery through development cycles
  • Support engineering teams during PI planning and agile ceremonies
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on customer and business value, focusing on product-market fit and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to the product vision and strategy, acting as the evangelist for your product with senior leadership.
  • Manage discovery efforts and research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Define and manage OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align the team’s efforts with the company’s strategic goals and measure progress effectively.
  • Lead product discovery, opportunity assessments, product requirement documentation, solution charters, and delivery of exceptional experiences.
  • Leverage the product strategy to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery.
  • Own your changes from end to end – investigating and resolving issues, obtaining feedback, and constantly seeking improvement.
  • Conduct product demos for all stakeholders to showcase new features, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive product success by supporting the operational teams for quick resolution of production issues and break fixe
