JOB DESCRIPTION

The co-op/intern will join Everyday Savings & Investing line of business and will support any of the following business groups and projects / initiatives

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Analysis of large amount of data using advanced Excel skills to support conclusions
  • Superior communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and apply business knowledge to execute different projects
  • Collaborate and negotiate solutions with a variety of stakeholders
  • Self-driven and detailed oriented
  • Adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI and PowerApp is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate / master’s degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Senior Product Manager and/or Product Manager to support the following:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, opportunities, and risks in the payments ecosystem.
  • Analyze transaction data and customer behavior to uncover insights that inform product enhancements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to money movement, including defining future state centered on migrating transactions from legacy to digital capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., payments, marketing, operations, compliance) to align money movement strategies with business goals.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to raise awareness and usage of money movement capabilities.
