It also includes data reporting responsibilities, supporting internal and external stakeholders with accurate and timely product-related insights and analytics. The role also supports relationship and commercial activities with external fund managers on the North platform. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented Product or Investment Analyst with a passion for data, investment products and continuous improvement, who thrives in a fast‑paced wealth management environment, is motivated to develop and grow their capability, and is empowered to work autonomously while collaborating across product, technology and external fund manager relationships. In this role, you will:  * Drive end-to-end North Investment Menu management (fund changes, rebates/cost recovery, stakeholder support) while delivering data driven insights and process/compliance improvements.  * Own the administration and end-to-end implementation of fund manager rebates and cost recovery arrangements  * Support investment product development initiatives and manage Investment menu options changes  * Support implementation of regulatory compliance requirements and product changes  * Process mapping & continually improving procedures and ways of working.  * Own and manage SQL queries, PowerBI dashboards and reports to improve transparency, efficiency, and insight across investment menu  * Collaborate with the Disclosure team to ensure accurate and compliant product documentation  * Support relevant Platform services agreements, Rebate agreement management and operational implementation  * Contribute to ongoing technology development initiatives for Investment menu  * Maintain comprehensive support materials and product communications for internal and external stakeholders  * Manage relationships with external fund managers and queries via the internal mailbox.  * Produce regular and ad-hoc management reporting for senior management, Trustees, and internal stakeholder  * Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment and maintaining a high-performance team culture   What you will bring to the team Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:  * Previous 1-4 years experience working across a fast paced, collaborative, high performance culture within financial services * Experience in investment operations, data, reporting, or product administration within the Australian wealth management (preferred) * Experience supporting rebates, fee arrangements, cost recovery, or commercial data processes is highly desirable * A desire to work with large, complex datasets across multiple systems * Understanding of compliance requirements, relevant legislation, and the role of regulators  * Business related tertiary qualifications and/or relevant post graduate qualifications e.g. law/finance/commerce degree * Strong attention to detail * Strong in SQL & Power Bi  * Effective cross-functional stakeholder engagement and relationship management  * Sound understanding of regulatory environment * Solid understanding of the competitive market in which AMP operates with a customer first mindset * Strong analytical and implementation skills * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and comfortably deal with change (marketplace and business) * Ability to make sound and justifiable recommendations and the confidence to present those recommendations to Boards and investment committees if required You’ll thrive here if… If you can adapt from BAU to the ambiguous with ease, you’ll do well here.
