YOUR MISSION

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Product Analyst to join our Product team in Berlin (hybrid) to ensure data-informed product decisions and efficient product team operations.
Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2025.
As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Product Analyst to join our team and enable our product managers with high-quality data, tools, and processes. This role will act as a key connector between Product, Engineering, and Data, providing insights, operational support, and clarity through well-structured analytics and tooling.
You will be reporting to Jerome, Staff Product Manager.


Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze user behavior and product performance through cohort and funnel analysis, supporting the team with actionable insights and A/B testing.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in BI and Product Analytics Tools to track KPIs, monitor product impact, and surface insights from customer feedback (e.g., CES surveys).
  • Enable the product team across the different functions by championing analytics tools, promoting best practices, and helping onboard new Product Managers effectively.
  • Support product operations by maintaining and improving processes around roadmaps, templates, and project tracking using Jira and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality, contribute to data governance, and improve our data pipelines by defining and documenting KPIs.
