WHAT WE DO IN PRODUCT ANALYTICS:

The Product Analytics Team drives the development and implementation of advanced analytics that help us to make the right product decisions and develop superior products. The Product Analysts use customer and user data to drive product innovation to differentiate ourselves from the competition. Furthermore they ensure that our product teams are equipped with the insights that drive our products and that they incorporate these into their decision-making. The Data Analysts of the product analytics team work closely not only with Product, but also with Data Engineering and Marketing Analytics to ensure that the entire organisation develops a better understanding of the behaviour of our three actor groups (Seeker, Owner and Intermediaries) from a data-driven perspective.
Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses to prioritize then frame the projects
  • Help Product teams to design experiments and define success metrics
  • Analyse app and web users’ behaviours and identify opportunities to improve our product
  • Perform analyses and build monitoring dashboards on projects impact
  • Define, conduct and analyze AB tests
  • Promote a datafy culture among the teams
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers and data teams
  • Be the entry point for product teams on tracking demands
  • Make stakeholders as autonomous as possible with data
