Product Analyst - Merchant Payments Perm, full time Auckland based Mō te Tūranga | About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Products and Payments team here at Westpac. As the Product Analyst you will be part of the team that supports the portfolio management of our Merchant Payments products. As the Product Analyst you will assist the Product team in meeting product governance requirements, analysing product performance and opportunities, and assisting to deliver product improvements for our customers. We’re looking for a professional who is excited to learn, not afraid to ask questions and has a vested interest in Business Products and Payments. You must have a can-do attitude and will ideally bring your passion and fresh ideas to the team. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? Exposure to the Financial Services industry essential. Experience in delivering customer focused outcomes essential. Proven analytical skills essential. Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline. Experience in a large, service-based organisation in a highly competitive market is highly valued. Experience in merchant payments or working with large corporates is highly valued. Strong stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to a fast and effective outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
