Responsibilities

You will support a team of Product Managers accountable for day-to-day analysis of global portal uptake and usage, customer feedback, marketing campaigns, and financial KPIs.

You will be a strong communicator and be able to manage stakeholders and deliver results and recommendations in a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally to get the job done and be a champion for our products and services internally and externally.

  • Track how customers interact with our products using analytics software and other data sources, including third-party tools such as Pendo
  • Use analytical techniques, insight, and meaningful reports to support the operation of our portals and dashboards and inform business decisions and product strategy
  • Tell stories using data product managers and other key stakeholders internally
  • Identify key business questions and hypotheses to test via analysis, and work with the product to drive actionable and practical recommendations
  • Support product managers in making informed decisions based on what the data tells us across the merchant lifecycle
  • Measure and track the impact of new features and product marketing campaigns
  • Be a subject matter expert on the products and systems you support
