Join our team as a Product Analyst in our Product Strategy and Operations team reporting directly into the Head of Product Operations. You will support the Equifax product strategy on our next phase of growth. You will be responsible for assisting in developing the operational cadence and product strategy that will support our broader team to achieve its growth agenda. You will also contribute to understanding market needs, defining product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that ultimately grow our market share in this space. We are looking for a hands-on Product Analyst focused on the next chapter at Equifax where we are taking new and exciting products to market as well as maintaining a structured operational cadence in our Product team. What You'll Do Design, coordinate, and continuously evolve our product operating cadences, including annual planning, half-yearly planning, monthly product reviews, and weekly team check-ins. Bring structure and impact to how we plan, execute, and measure product initiatives across a complex, multi-squad environment Work with the product and marketing teams to iterate on product marketing collateral as well as other GTM artifacts and activities such as Product innovation days Highlight improvement opportunities to common artefacts such as PRDs, roadmaps and other key documents across the portfolio Serve as a trusted point of coordination and facilitate communication between Product and other teams such as Technology, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Legal—bringing alignment and momentum to new product strategic initiatives and innovation (NPI). Take part in customer research and testing across product initiatives, seeking real world feedback on new and existing product lines Contribute to building models to demonstrate strategic opportunities, including investment and revenue Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Operations Manager to optimise product lifecycles and go-to-market strategies Support the creation of internal training materials for the use of new Product Operation processes or systems Work with Product Designers to standardise user research and feedback collection to inform product enhancements Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to the Product Operations Leadership Embrace a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional product experiences Champion internal tooling (experience in systems such as Aha, Walkme, Heap are highly desirable) and documentation hygiene, ensuring teams are equipped with the right resources and clarity Play a key role in building a strong, connected product culture that reflects Equifax's values—facilitating initiatives that improve team cohesion, collaboration, and trust What You'll Need 2+ years in product operations, product management, product marketing and/or product design within a financial services or technology company Experience designing and executing complex operating rhythms at scale Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills; you’re comfortable working with everyone from senior leadership to squad-level contributors Deep empathy for product teams and a passion for enabling them to do their best work. Ability to balance structure and flexibility—knowing when to formalise and when to adapt Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a knack for simplifying the complex Strong stakeholder management skills working across a global Product team Proficiency in using product collaboration and planning tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Aha, Walkme, etc) What Could Set You Apart Experience working in an Agile environment.
