As Quartech expands the Case Management System (Q-CMS) throughout the United States, we are looking for a multi-faceted Product Analyst who will be the vital link between the business and development teams and our clients. The Q-CMS Product Analyst conveys strong listening and analytical thinking skills, assists in collecting business and functional requirements, executes test strategies and scripts, builds Help Files and training materials, and works within the key project methodologies.
Working with the project team, the Q-CMS Product Analyst will assist in transformation activities, support deployments, and play a key role by supporting the client adoption.
Additionally, the Q-CMS Product Analyst becomes an expert in the end user functionality in order to assist with product demonstrations, marketing materials (including written documentation, LinkedIn posts, video creation, conferences, etc.), and/ or other business development activities. The Q-CMS Product Analyst is expected to be based in the United States and requires minimal travel.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Location: Remote United states
Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position. Please note that this role requires flexibility, as the individual will be working on projects across different time zones in the United States.

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Obtain, analyze, and validate Q-CMS functional modifications from clients.
  • Assist with documenting specialized requirements beyond the baseline Q-CMS product functionality across multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Creation of Help Files and training documentation across multiple implementations simultaneously including compiling and deploying Help Files within the Q-CMS solution.
  • Develop and record training videos for Q-CMS solution.
  • Assist with the creation of process flows, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Development of Q-CMS reports and dashboards using Microsoft reporting tools.
  • Complete Q-CMS screen mock ups and wireframes using UX/UI design standards and tools.
  • Conduct and lead all project testing activities.
  • Coordinate Q-CMS implementation tasks as directed.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year of experience in consulting
  • Experience with technology implementation
  • Excellent knowledge and experience using various user testing methodologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative with excellent communication, facilitation, teamwork, conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and aptitude to understand process driven approach
  • Experience with social media marketing including the creation of materials
  • Willingness to travel and assist with business development activities
  • Resides in the United States
