This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Analyst - Remote (Personal Lines Experience Required) in the United States. As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development, analysis, and management of competitive and compliant personal lines insurance products. You will work closely with product managers and internal teams to evaluate underwriting performance, financial results, and market trends. Your insights will directly contribute to the profitability and innovation of insurance programs, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves testing and implementing product changes, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to optimize offerings. The position offers a collaborative, data-driven environment with flexibility to work remotely while engaging with internal and external stakeholders. You will have opportunities to influence product strategy and contribute to a growing organization’s success. \n Accountabilities Analyze rate levels, underwriting performance, and financial outcomes to ensure product profitability. Test new and revised insurance products, including rates, rules, forms, and system outputs. Calculate impacts of proposed rate or coverage revisions and provide recommendations. Assist in responding to state insurance department inquiries and program reviews. Support product managers with data analysis, compliance reviews, and filing activities. Ensure timely and accurate implementation of product updates. Contribute to the development of new products, system enhancements, and departmental initiatives. Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and corporate objectives. Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Personal Lines insurance underwriting, product management, program filings, or compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent insurance product development experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience implementing new insurance programs preferred (required for senior-level consideration). Occasional travel to offices or agency partners may be required. Surplus Lines property experience a plus. Professional designations such as CPCU or CIC are advantageous. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Benefits Competitive salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually. Annual performance bonus eligibility.
