We are looking for an outstanding and passionate Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the compass that guides our product decisions, translating complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. At Rise, data isn't just a buzzword; it’s the driver of our roadmap. We are looking for a professional who is excited to make data-oriented decisions and help us take our products to the next level. Responsibilities Drive Strategy with Data: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends and insights that directly influence the product roadmap and business strategy. Define Success: Design, define, and monitor KPIs to measure feature success and product health. Communicate Impact: Deliver effective presentations of findings to multiple levels of stakeholders, turning quantitative information into compelling visual stories. End-to-End Ownership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, BizDev) to lead full-cycle analysis – from data gathering and cleansing to scalable deliverables. Optimization: Plan and analyze A/B tests to provide actionable recommendations for product improvement. Data Integrity: Take charge of data structure refining, validation, and QA to ensure we are always looking at the 'truth'. Requirements Experience: 4+ years as a Data / Business / Product Analyst. Tech Stack: Vast experience with SQL (Complex queries, Window functions) – A must. Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to solve business problems and provide clear, analytically supported solutions. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (both commercial and technical). You know how to present complex data simply. Attitude: A true team player with a "can-do" approach, intellectual curiosity, and self-learning abilities. Advantages Experience with Google BigQuery. Proficiency in BI tools (specifically Looker). Familiarity with Data Science models. Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and analysis. Background in AdTech / Programmatic Advertising
Responsibilities
The Product Analyst will drive product strategy by conducting deep-dive analysis to influence the roadmap and defining/monitoring KPIs to measure feature success. They will also own the full analysis cycle, plan A/B tests, and ensure data integrity through validation and QA.
