Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our client.
Contract Dates: 3 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $100.23 to $119.45 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Location: Toronto and Waterloo

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, prioritization, and implementation of digital health partnership opportunities in collaboration with Manulife’s cross-functional teams and external healthcare partners
  • Identify, scope, prioritize, and implement platform integration initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to devise cross-functional platform service strategies
  • Develop and lead detailed execution and integration plans across enterprise-wide, cross-functional teams, as well as key third-party partners
  • Provide thought leadership on identifying key players and growth opportunities within the overall health ecosystem
  • Ensure an exceptional digital customer experience, alongside with data-driven recommendations as part of members accessing Manulife’s Health Platform services

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, including digital product partnership, platform development, integrations, or comparable roles
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience with platform services, integrations, architecture, and/or assets
  • Proven experience integrating and scaling services and solutions
  • Highly developed financial acumen and business orientation
