As a product analyst on the Strategy Life Insurance team, you’ll support the growth and development of a new and innovative life insurance product line. In this role, you’ll contribute to Progressive Life Insurance’s foundation, focusing on responsible growth, customer-first innovation, and smart acquisition strategies. You’ll support insurance product development, channel expansion, and business metric creation, while analyzing sales mix and performance to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the Underwriting, Customer Service, and Claims teams to shape data-driven insights across the life insurance lifecycle. Additionally, you’ll proactively find opportunities and deliver actionable insights to help define what “great” looks like for this scaling product line.
This is a hybrid Cleveland-based role.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Prior analyst experience
  • Technical aptitude and experience in data manipulation using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with strong focus on customer service.
  • Experience influencing leadership decisions
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphing
