Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Product / Digital Analyst able to demonstrate deep understanding of the “so what” within our business. The successful candidate will proactively analyse the usage and user behaviour of our software products and share insights that drive actions with the wider business.
This role sits in the Data & Insights department and reports to the Senior Product Analyst.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyse customer behaviour using data and statistical methods to identify trends and insights
  • Provide actionable recommendations to product teams on features, functionality, and user experience improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to integrate insights into product development and business strategies
  • Produce product reporting that helps the business understand product health
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data-driven objectives for projects
