Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain product governance and management standards with oversight by the Product Governance Committee.
  • Manage new and existing fund designs in line with TPA’s product governance standards and conduct risk framework.
  • Complete statutory reporting including Assessment of Value, Consumer Duty and TCFD Product.
  • Monitor and report on agreed KPIs throughout the year to support Assessment of Value and Consumer Duty reporting.
  • Manage regulatory applications for new funds and product changes, working with internal and external stakeholders on legal documents and investor communications.
  • Maintain accurate standing fund data.

Manage fund regulatory documents, including:

  • Fund prospectus.
  • Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs).
  • European MiFID Template (EMT).
  • Fund factsheets
  • Monitor fund charges and expenses.
  • Monitor the websites of the AFM and its delegates, including any financial promotions and investor communications which reference TPA funds.
  • Oversee complaints handling managed through other parts of the TP Group.

Support the organisation of TPA Product Governance Committee meetings by:

  • Booking meetings.
  • Agreeing the agenda with the meeting Chair.
  • Ensuring matters arising are updated for inclusion in meeting papers.
  • Collating and circulating papers by agreed deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
