Description:
Visionpool Business Services is hiring a REMOTE Product Analyst:
Description of Duties:
- Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
- Create, manage, release (production & ITE), and discontinue corporate forms.
- Evaluate/develop business requirements.
- Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
- Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
- Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
- Provide user story and solution support to team members.
- Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
- Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
- Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
Experience & Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Commerce
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Product Analyst role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT Analyst role
- Team lead experience
- Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
- Experience working in an agile environment.
Nice to have :
- Experience with SAP S/4 ERP, Cash Management, TRM, and/or Concur, v1809 or newer
- Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive
- Experience with Jira
- Experience in ServiceNow
