This role suits someone naturally curious, analytically minded and passionate about using data, insight and customer behaviour to improve outcomes for both customers and the bank. Two years experience working with customer or product analytics in Banking or Financial Services Foundational skills in data analysis tools or languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar) Exposure to product, GTM, marketing, customer lifecycle or retention activity is beneficial. Excellent problem solving and self-organisation skills Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting and commerce or related discipline Why join us?
