ABOUT THE ROLE

At Holland & Barrett (H&B), we want to empower everyone to live healthier, happier lives. With over 150 years of experience, we’re the largest health & wellness retailer in Europe and a globally trusted brand. Our ambition is to become the world’s most trusted wellness partner, chosen by over 100 million people worldwide.
Our Analytics organisation is structured into five verticals: four embedded analytics areas aligned to key business functions, and a central Business Intelligence team focused on cross-functional reporting and performance enablement. Together with our Data Engineering and Data Science colleagues, we make data a strategic lever to achieve H&B’s goals.
As Analytics Manager in the Omnichannel Analytics team, you will lead the Product analytics vertical—covering Website, Mobile App & retail apps performance. You’ll manage a team of analysts, set the direction for how data is used across product & tech, and partner closely with product & engineering managers in the product organisation
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week expected in our Nuneaton office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the analytics roadmap for product analytics across the website, mobile app, and in-store digital platforms.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of mid and senior-level product analysts, with a focus on quality, impact, and career growth.
  • Review and elevate analysts’ work, ensuring insights are robust, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, UX, and Marketing to shape priorities and maximise the impact of data-driven decisions.
  • Define and track success metrics for product features, user journeys, and releases across digital touchpoints.
  • Lead analytics for squads focused on core digital journeys, enabling experimentation, feature optimisation, and UX improvements.
  • Oversee delivery of decision-support tools and dashboards in Metabase for A/B testing, UX/UI evaluation, and performance monitoring.
  • Own planning and prioritisation across analytics workstreams, coordinating closely with BI and Data Engineering.
  • Uphold high standards for analytics output—focusing on clarity, documentation, scalability, and reproducibility.
  • Embed insights into key product and tech forums, influencing strategic direction and performance outcomes.
  • Leverage a modern data stack including Redshift, BigQuery, Matillion, and Retool to drive efficiency and depth in analytics.

Our selection process is designed to be thorough, transparent, and aligned with the role. It includes:

  • A short Coderbyte assessment to evaluate core technical and analytical skills
  • Role-specific questions to understand your approach to relevant challenges
