Our client, located in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Product & Analytics Manager. The Product & Analytics Manager will take the lead on the development, management, and enhancement of the company’s products and analytics.
This is a full-time, hybrid or remote, direct hire position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Pay Rate: $62,000-72,000/year, commensurate with experience.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Product Management, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field required.
• 5 years+ experience in product management, service management, or a related role, preferably within an association or nonprofit.
• 7 years+ experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency with analytics tools including PowerBI, Looker, and Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
• Familiarity with AMS and LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of survey tools and data analysis for member feedback (SurveyMonkey, Savanta, Relative Insight, or HubSpot).
• Proven history of creating dashboards that drive organizational decision-making.
• Ability to prioritize workload while meeting multiple requests and deadlines in a consistent and timely manner.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Oversee the lifecycle of products from ideation to launch, ensuring they meet member and stakeholder needs.
• Conduct market research, member surveys, and segment strategies to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones. Monitor industry trends to ensure offerings remain relevant and competitive.
• Develop business cases, product strategies, and project plans for approved product initiatives. Establish pricing based on pricing strategies that align with current association practices and industry standards.
• Manage and support committees dedicated to product development, including execution of objectives as specified in their respective charters. Coordinate and facilitate committee meetings; provide committees with necessary resources, information. Liaise between the committees and senior leadership to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
• Lead the analysis of member feedback and usage of data to drive continuous improvement and innovation, developing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and engagement with company offerings.
• Develop and manage budgets for product initiatives, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability, and establish key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the success and impact of data products. Regularly report and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards to track KPIs across all business areas. Apply best practices for data visualization to ensure dashboards are easy to understand and actionable for both technical and nontechnical users.
• Develop and automate reporting solutions that provide real-time insights to staff in order to optimize communication strategies and identify engagement opportunities.
• Train staff on how to use dashboards effectively and provide ongoing support to help teams leverage data insights.
