Chapter 2 provides technologists to our customers to accelerate innovation and drive their business forward. Specializing in staff augmentation, we embed top-tier technology talent with companies seeking agility, expertise, and seamless integration into existing teams.
We are building a Product Analytics team for one of Europe’s largest e-commerce companies and hiring multiple analysts on a full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) basis, from 6 to 18 months.
Data is crucial to developing their products and championing customer experiences. The team will evaluate digital experiences and deliver impactful insights to enhance their personalization, recommendations, browsing, and search experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, applied scientists, and business leaders, leading data exploration, A/B testing, and hypothesis analysis to deeply understand their customers and products. You’ll also track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
  • Define analytical strategies, align stakeholders, and independently deliver impactful insights.
  • Manage a team of analysts and be responsible for their growth and development.
  • Deeply analyze user behaviors to drive product growth and improvements.
  • Influence product decisions through robust, data-backed recommendations.
  • Define and monitor essential product KPIs.
