We are looking for PRODUCT AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our Real Estate Business Unit in Finland.
As Product Development Manager your primary goal is driving our business growth in the Nordic countries by focusing on the following: New Offerings Development, to create and support innovative services to enhance business growth. Customer Efficiency, to optimize district heating return temperatures and improve operational efficiencies with existing customers. Digital Tools, to develop and implement digital energy systems and tools to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations. You report directly to Account & Sales Director Finland and co-operate closely with Nevel management. Your primary workplace is in Helsinki district.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

1) Adjacent Services Development

  • Development of new adjacent services with sales, customers and stakeholders
  • Concept design and technical sales support
  • Heat exchangers service design and product ownership

2) Digital Systems

  • Owner of digital energy information systems (Customer portal, KeyHeat, Utilifeed, Kamstrup READy and Heat Intelligence)

3) Technical Sales Support

  • Assist Sales Managers in customer negotiations
  • Analysis of markets and customers such as analysis of energy demand etc.
  • Document all activities and update our CRM-system
  • Customer technical services support

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • Typical level of education: Bachelor or Master of Business Administration or Science Degree
  • Deep knowledge of heating and cooling solutions
  • Expertise in product development and good understanding of digital systems
  • Project management and teamwork
  • Travel readiness in the Nordic countries
  • Fluent verbal and written Finnish, Swedish and English skills
  • Professional skills and areas of expertise:
  • Previous experience in energy business
  • Business understanding
  • Technology understanding
  • Effective networking and collaboration in matrix organization
  • ICT Systems fluency
  • A healthy attitude towards a safe environment both at work and leisure time.
