Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of work experience in inventory or sample management.
  • BA/BS in business, marketing or equivalent, strongly preferred.
  • Prefer CGMP laboratory experience and/or exposure to food manufacture

  • Customer service oriented and responsive to internal customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid editing and proofreading skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task many different projects with effective results
  • Legible handwriting and comfort with documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop, and general computer use
  • Adaptable and willing to be flexible with tasks on a day-to-day basis and ability to adjust to changing business demands
  • Problem solver that can identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, and maintains confidentiality
  • Work cross-collaboratively with various teams, including Marketing, Licensing, Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Warehouse to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
