What you will do: Provide technical support to the assigned countries sales community by bringing specific product and application knowledge to help understand customer design, configurate & put Schneider products in the customer specifications, convert an existing specification and close a deal Provide technical and sales support on Schneider Electric (SE) Protection Relays and Digital Power Solutions Provide support to internal and external customers on protection applications – both pre sales and after sales Present technical features of SE relays and solutions through customer visits/demonstrations and product training sessions. Support the EAJ DPMVP presales community to drive prescription activities and provide technical support on advanced protection topic. #LI-ZL1 Education: University degrees in engineering (electrical / automation) or higher Working Experience: Experiences in Electrical Industry (including hands on knowledge at site) Deep technical understanding around products and applications specially on protection relays including IEC61850 standards Basic Marketing & Commercial Experience in working with customers and sales teams in the countries Knowledge and exposure to Digital Power Software solutions Business Understanding: More than 5 years’ experience in Protection Relays Technical Support, Pre Sales or Engineering Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Basic knowledge of spoken and written English Strong customer focus Technical & Analytical skills Listening and communication skills
