JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strategic and systems-oriented Product Architect to join our Business Product Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning complex workflows, designing event-driven architectures, and ensuring smooth end-to-end flow across our retail product offerings.
As a key player embedded in the business product team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders—product managers, engineers, CRM specialists, sales and operations teams—to define and optimize how our software supports core retail processes. Your work will ensure that system triggers, business logic, and integrations across the retail and CRM ecosystems are seamlessly aligned and scalable.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in product architecture, systems design, and product management within a software or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, workflow orchestration, and retail software ecosystems
  • Familiarity with automotive systems and data flows
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across business and technical teams to align complex processes
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills; ability to synthesize and articulate system logic for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with utilizing Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, and Figma tooling

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Background in retail operations, eCommerce, or B2C customer engagement
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and event streaming technologies
  • Familiarity with data mapping, system dependencies, and downstream impact analysis
Responsibilities
  • WORKFLOW DESIGN & ALIGNMENTMap and align business workflows across teams to ensure consistency and clarity in how retail products, customer data, and CRM touchpoints are connected and supported in the platform.
  • EVENT TRIGGER ARCHITECTUREDesign and document robust event-driven triggers that power key retail and CRM interactions—such as customer actions, inventory updates, fulfillment events, and campaign automation.
  • SYSTEM FLOW SUPPORTEnsure that critical flows across product, customer engagement, and reporting are architecturally sound and maintainable, with clear trigger points and system ownership.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATIONWork closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable, technically feasible system designs.
  • DOCUMENTATION & MODELINGCreate and maintain system architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and process documentation that illustrate workflows, triggers, and data dependencies across the retail and CRM stack.
  • SCALABILITY & REUSABILITYDevelop architecture patterns that support reuse across different retail segments and CRM workflows, enabling faster iteration and product expansion.
