Job Description The Product Associate will be a part of the Issuing squad to ensure end-to-end product fulfilment for new-to-bank credit applications and provide general project support. This role plays a key coordination function across Product, Operations and Onboarding, ensuring applications progress smoothly post-KYC including general project, product and delivery support for the programme. Responsibilities: Track and monitor credit card and personal loan applications to ensure product fulfilment is completed. Coordinate product fulfilment activities across teams. Project documentation, analysis and improvement of application drop‑off points. Assist with backlog support, progress tracking, and reporting. Act as a point of coordination between Product, Operations, and Onboarding. Support design of simplified customer journeys while meeting CCCFA and lending obligations. Ongoing product , project and delivery support. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Experience in product support, operations, or delivery coordination. Understanding of lending or onboarding processes. Strong attention to detail and follow through. Ability to work across multiple stakeholders. Adept at using pivot tables and other tools to present data that can drive decision-making. Banking or financial services experience preferred.
