• Collaborate with our content creation and harvesting teams to ensure relevant content is incorporated into our content success planning activities
• Support the development of how-to assets and enablement materials focused on key use cases relevant to our customers, particularly in the context of Business Transformation Management
• Contribute to enablement sessions for internal stakeholders to ensure our organization remains continuously upskilled and updated with the latest Business Content & Accelerators, thereby supporting customer success.
• Work with pilot customers and industry working groups to validate our content and assets, with a focus on value realization and data-driven results
• Contribute to a community of practice to foster knowledge exchange and build a strong community spirit centered around content
• Support the Global Content Group with cross-team initiatives, addressing their challenges and providing necessary support
• Collaborate with our dynamic and skilled Content Success & Adoption team to meet and exceed expectations
