In the P&E Product Success organization, we act as the voice of our customers. We are working with and for customers and partners to bring the best out of our organization and our product and improve the customer experience every day.

  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of project plans, schedules, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and resources
  • Track progress against milestones, identify risks or roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist with preparation of program documentation, reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders
  • Help facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring action items are captured and completed
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain program data, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure success
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, Development, and Marketing to execute effective adoption strategies, share customer insights, and drive continuous improvement of the S/4HANA portfolio
  • Identify common customer needs, use cases, and challenges. Consolidate requirements and work with Product Management to prioritize features, improvements, and roadmap items that deliver measurable business valu
