As a Product Associate in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities Manage global FX pricing setup and control deliverables across the various lines of business Support global pricing migration efforts such as Legal Entity Strategy Compile transaction reporting for FX payment business Champion FX specific inquiries related to payments, product capabilities, and funding as a subject matter expert Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area Should have experience in payments domain Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy Hands-on experience and exposure to Cross-Currency Payments processing Ability to demonstrate understanding of different payment networks/clearing systems and channels Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Should have operational knowledge.

Responsibilities
