Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Associate who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. You will lead cross-functional efforts to design, build, and scale tokenization products for institutional clients including banks, asset managers, and fintech partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and digital assets
• Experience working with institutional stakeholders (e.g., banks, regulators, custodians)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to synthesize complex topics
• Comfort with agile methodologies, product discovery, and technical specifications
• Bonus: Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-3643)

• Own the full product lifecycle – from ideation and market research to execution and launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and commercial teams to develop product specs and delivery timelines
• Interface with enterprise clients to understand requirements, conduct UAT, and prioritize enhancements
• Translate regulatory, compliance, and security requirements into scalable product features
• Drive continuous discovery: stay on top of blockchain, DeFi, and financial infrastructure trends
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and feedback loops to inform product iterations
• Ensure user experience and technical implementation are tightly aligned for platforms with multi-tenant, tokenized assets
• Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations (AML, KYC, MiCA) and data privacy laws.
