As we continue to expand, we are seeking a vibrant and proactive talent to join our team.” Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team, where you will play a key role in driving product quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Product Audits (WSA, A-Test, Q-Test) to ensure 100% on-time and accurate execution. Act as the coordinator with cross-functional departments to resolve customer complaints and WBA-related quality issues. Support Quality Control Plan preparation and localization projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Drive abnormal sheet management and ensure timely resolution of P2P (Plant to Plant) quality issues within a 60-day target. Manage A-Test preparation and related quality control activities. Provide system support for PO issues related to Quality Management Method (QMM) measuring equipment. Champion safety initiatives and coordinate safety-related activities in Amata Plant. Take ownership of shop floor management, including 5S implementation, associate development, and team coordination. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, quality management, or related fields. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) with training in ISO/TS 16949, IATF16949, ISO14001, and related Core Tools (APQP, FMEA & Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, VDA, CSR). Excellent English communication skills (speaking, listening, and reading). Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Additional Information Why Join Us?
