Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Product & Brand Coordinator, Farm Animal Products (FAP) at Dechra Veterinary Products (Australia), you will provide product, brand and team support to all aspects of the FAP sales team across Australia. This full-time position will be offered on a hybrid working structure and provides an opportunity to support a fantastic team in the farm animal health industry.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Prepare Product Documentation: in collaboration with the BU Head FAP create and maintain user guides, material, and training materials
  • Support Brand Campaigns: Assist in planning/maintaining and executing brand campaigns, including creating marketing assets and distributing materials
  • Maintain Online Presence: Update the company website, manage social media accounts, and produce newsletters
  • Event organisation : Book meeting rooms, meals, activities, manage invites, and maintain the event calendar
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with customers within the market
  • Manage Project Timelines: Track progress and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate communication and collaboration
  • Identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential product opportunities through data analysis including maximising the use of the CRM
  • Manage Customer Feedback: Gather, interpret and incorporate user and reseller feedback to best assist the sales team
