Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and market share.
- Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across all channels (digital, ATL, BTL, trade marketing).
- Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies based on market data and consumer insights.
- Work closely with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product-market fit.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI-driven spending.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize spending based on key performance indicators
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and refine future strategies based on learnings.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
- Train and guide junior team members on brand strategy best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in brand management/product marketing, experience in a FMCG environment is a must.
- Have experience in leading a team.
- Proven expertise in brand marketing strategy, consumer insights, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and financial forecasting.
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, trade).
- Proficiency in market research tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with agencies, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
