Description
Introw is a B2B SaaS platform leveraging AI to transform how partnerships drive business growth. We're allowing B2B companies to launch a partner portal to onboard, train and enable partners at scale. Since our launch in early 2023, we've become the go-to solution for hundreds of companies worldwide, turning partnerships into powerful revenue engines. As we embark on our growth journey, we're seeking a Product Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with the engineering team, turning ideas into shipped features that our customers love — fast. Location We're located in the city center of the dynamic and vibrant Ghent, Belgium. Tasks This is a hands-on role — you won't be writing specs from the sidelines. You'll be in the trenches: Own the roadmap: Define, prioritize and communicate the product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends and business goals. Ship features end-to-end: Lead features from discovery to delivery — writing specs, collaborating with engineering, and following up until it's live and loved. Talk to customers: Conduct regular customer interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable product decisions. Work with data: Define success metrics for every feature and use data to inform what to build next and what to kill. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure new features land well and drive adoption. Drive continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the product experience and proactively propose and test solutions. Requirements You own it: You treat the product like it's yours. You follow up, you close loops, you don't wait to be told twice. You're hands-on: You're not afraid to get into the details — whether that's writing a tight spec, jumping into a Figma file, or digging into usage data. You're in love with the product: You have a genuine excitement for SaaS, AI, and partnership technology — and you can't stop thinking of ways to make it better. You're a fast learner: The space moves quickly. You embrace ambiguity, learn on the fly, and adapt without losing momentum. SaaS experience: You have ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in a product role within a SaaS company. Strong communicator: You can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives — for engineers, execs, and customers alike. Bonus points if you have experience with partnership platforms, HubSpot, Salesforce, or working in an early-stage startup. Benefits On top of a competitive salary, we offer the following benefits: MacBook Air and iPhone Fully paid phone subscription Healthcare benefits plan Meal vouchers Awesome Introw merchandise Team drinks and events A front-row seat at a fast-growing AI startup — with real ownership and real impact Ready to build some partnerships?
