Description:

Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for partnering with Business partners within our Animal Health in the Quality Management area, supporting the (Global) Business Process in our ERP system. You will report to Animal Health IT Manufacturing and Supply. Furthermore, you will Cooperate with Global Quality and local Process Owners and SME on the business side as well as Enterprise Process Management (EPM) colleagues and support team members.

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

  • Broad general IT knowledge and experience
  • In depth knowledge of SAP QM solutions and cross functional end-to-end QM business processes
  • Five years or more hands on experience with SAP customizing in QM and preferably another module in the SAP Manufacturing area
  • Demonstrated track record as an ERP Specialist in the pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Have knowledge and experience in computer system validation
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques for the adjustments and implementation standard software

Education

  • Higher educational or academic level
  • SAP ECC relevant module at customizing level
  • Project management certification (eg PMI) and Lean Six Sigma green belt certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Safeguards the Global Template
  • Approves and reviews Changes before they are executed
  • Build strong relationship with Local Business Process Owners (LBPO’s) and Key Users / SME’s
  • Delivers input to the GBPO and Team Manager for Projects and Changes.
  • Manages medium complex projects
  • Participate in workshops, support testing, training and go-live
  • Support second line support team.
  • Connect with EPM colleagues on to understand end-to-end processes and aim for improvements or impact of existing change requests
