Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.
We are looking for a Product/Business Analyst with a solid technical background to join us on a multiyear journey to build a scaled a global campaign management capability. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, driving relevant solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective communication and documentation best practices. The Campaign Management Solution is a critical tool supporting marketing activities from strategy formulation to content creation, delivery, and analytics.
This opportunity allows for close engagement with product owners, the development team and global business stakeholders to document and successfully deliver new capabilities and feature enhancements within our Agile framework.
This is a permanent full-time role with immense potential for professional growth and contribution to impactful projects.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Technical background with experience in system administration for business tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms like Workfront
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Experience in user management, permissions, and system configuration
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Adobe Workfront experience (admin, reporting, automation)
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Workfront Fusion, Make, Zapier, etc.)
  • Experience with any programming language

Responsibilities

Adobe Workfront Administration & Configuration:

  • Manage user access, permissions, and license allocation
  • Create and maintain Workfront objects, custom forms, templates, and reports
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and business units
  • Ensure data integrity and governance within Workfront
  • Provide user training and documentation on Workfront features and best practices

Automation & Integration Development:

  • Implement automation solutions using Workfront Fusion (low code automation tool)
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, and data transformation to integrate Workfront with other platforms and for automation
  • Support troubleshooting and debugging of integration and automation issues
  • Document workflows, automation processes, and system configurations
