We are looking for a skilled Product Business Analyst willing to apply his current knowledge and skills and is inspired to discover new technologies and become a part of cross-functional team. If you have desire to take part in creating of mostly mobile apps and share own approaches with team-mates, then join our friendly team that consists of: Business Systems Analyst, Technical Delivery Manager, Application Architect, Developers (Backend, Frontend and Xamarin/ Flutter), QA Engineers and Designers. Requirements Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to define business objectives and success criteria. Identify business processes, document AS-IS and TO-BE flows, and highlight gaps or inefficiencies. Translate business needs into structured documentation: BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements. Model system behavior, define integrations, data flows, user roles, permissions, and edge cases. Validate feasibility with tech teams and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical constraints. Support backlog structuring, prioritization, and scope definition together with delivery and engineering leads. Actively participate in pre-sale by analyzing client problems, shaping solution approaches, estimating scope complexity, and contributing to proposals. Manage requirement changes, assess impact, and communicate trade-offs clearly. Identify risks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies. From the UX architecture side Build end-to-end product vision, defining user journeys, interaction logic, and experience principles. Structure information architecture and ensure logical navigation and system consistency. Align business rules with user experience so that flows are intuitive but technically realistic. Guide designers with clear functional context and support them with decision-making when needed. Be able to step in with solution concepts during client discussions.
