As the Product Manager for a portfolio of lifestyle products, you will be the key point of contact between Stratco and our customers. Your scope will encompass:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers.
• Identify new product opportunities, enhancements, and innovations to maintain and grow market share, and develop new customers.
• Increase sales volumes of the patio product range through the dealer network and trade.
• Assisting customers find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials
• Liaising with our engineering and operations teams to improve product design and customer service.
• Prepare project quotations and sales proposals.
• Providing product training to other sales personnel.

We’re seeking a dynamic, “can-do” individual with a background in BSB technical sales or Product Management. Experience gained within building products or related sectors is an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be a compelling communicator, equipped with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, we require a “hands on”, practical person with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
