If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us Meet the needs beyond tomorrow. https://www.electroluxprofessionalgroup.com/en/join-us/ (PRODUCT CARE TECHNICAL LEADER) WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Develop/execute cost reduction plan with Product Care Manager and Purchasing Manager, ensure that the implementation is follow the target with smooth phase in/out. * Ensure design changes with respect to Safety standards, Internal Product Development Rules & Guidelines for implementation of Design Changes (Approval rules, modularization, etc.) * Develop Quality Improvement plan with Product Care Manager and Factory Quality to improve SCR and other quality KPI. * Provide technical support to Factory on product related problems. * Provide Factory Support for solving short-term problems and together with Central Product Development to find the long-term solution. * Lead new generation launching and line transfer projects. * Collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, required specifications and timelines. * Support to R&D team for mechanical component design. * Create 3D/2D of mechanical components & sub-assemblies. * Manage history of 3D/2D by using ECR & EC process. * Provide technical support to purchase team for development from new suppliers & improvement with existing suppliers. * Supervise and put in place safe conditions for own team, necessary safety training and PPE identify on the job. * Comply with Occupational Health & Safety laws, standards, rules, regulations, requirements and commitments related to the company. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint). * Able to communicate in English within the team & other units. * Troubleshooting/Brainstorming of mechanical/electrical/electronic failure for solve problem. * Knowledge of Creo Parametric (Pro E), Windchill, JDE add advantage. * Electrical & Electronic system/equipment knowledge to perform installation, experimentation, maintenance, improve & solve about Electrical/Electronic job in R&D add advantage. Responsibilities
