Job Description The Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring the change Initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by managing business readiness, employee adoption and usage. They will primarily focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology for internal users, customers and 3rd parties. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and will work to drive adoption of all change improvements and process redesign. These improvements will increase business efficiency, cost saving and enable new market capability. The Change Manager must apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities in addition to supporting the design, development, and management of internal and external communications. They must conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Qualifications Essential: A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, covering: Change Impact Assessment; Change Action Plans; Stakeholder management / engagement & and Internal communications; Programme / Project Communication; Training approaches and materials to support the change; Business readiness & benefits realisation planning; Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Demonstrable ability to effectively lead and influence multiple levels of an organization across functional boundaries to move towards a common vision or goal. Exceptional oral and written communication skills including chairing and actively managing meetings (F2F and remotely), problem solving, prioritizing and interpersonal relationship building. Proven track record in influencing and working with stakeholders to deliver projects that enable their business objectives. Proven organization and time management skills (ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines). Ability to work independently with little supervision and direct the work of others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Preferred: Experience in the FMCG business domain Min 3 years' experience of Nielsen Brandbank teams, systems and processes Additional Information Job Responsibilities Complete change management assessments for key change phases. Establish roll-out & manage plans for new processes/platforms/apps within the program: milestones, resources, timelines, etc Manage RAID and communicate to stakeholders accordingly Global responsibility to drive the Business strategy Define and coordinate all preparatory work to successfully manage the business change process. Identify potential risks/blockers and establish contingency plans. Run Failure Modes Effects Analysis Facilitate workshops to understand all implications of change and feed into Programme Liaise with Internal, Third Party and Reseller partners Deliver clear communication throughout the programme (Internal / External) Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities Integrate change management activities into project plan Evaluate and ensure systems/process user readiness and make relevant recommendations to team Pro-actively liaise with stakeholders across the business and externally Track the progress and report issues as the programme evolves.
