THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Prior experience in Project Management or have held several progressive job assignments that have been cross-function within supply.
  • Project Management experience with new product development preferred.
  • Microsoft Project experience preferred.
  • Possess project management skills to cross-functionally lead and assist all disciplines within the company in bringing new products to commercialization successfully.
  • Result focus/goal oriented.
  • Individual must be highly motivated and creative at solving issues regarding the project
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and the ability to learn additional computer skills.
  • Ability to motivate team members so task dates are completed on time

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the charge in bringing new products to life and refining existing ones with precision and flair. In this pivotal role, you’ll orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, steering projects through the Stage Gate process and ensuring every label, display, and product detail aligns with our high standards. Your strategic oversight will directly influence commercialization timelines and Cost of Goods—making a tangible impact on our bottom line. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Sourcing, Planning, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service
  • Develop and manage commercialization timelines for new products and major product changes
  • Own the PCO process and ensure seamless execution through the Stage Gate framework
  • Create and route finished goods specifications in Master Document Control
  • Manage COGS development:
  • Translate marketing briefs into technical specifications
  • Coordinate part number setup and BOM creation in JDE
  • Collaborate with R&D to enter formulas and routings
  • Work with Packaging Engineers and Sourcing to finalize materials and costs
  • Partner with Cost Accounting to roll up final costing and validate margin targets
  • Ensure all documentation meets FDA and cGMP standards for OTC and dietary supplement products
  • Track and report project milestones, risks, and mitigation plans
