Join the PMO & Commercialisation team—an integral part of our broader Commercial function—where we work cross-functionally to develop and execute projects that drive profitability and accelerate growth.
We’re looking for a Product Change Manager on a 12-month, part-time contract (3 days per week) to lead the delivery of Product Change and Artwork projects. This role offers the opportunity to expand into more complex projects initiatives, supporting both your professional development and team resourcing needs.
You’ll lead cross-functional teams through the Stage & Gate process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope—while proactively managing risks and minimising write-offs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end commercialisation of product change projects.
  • Ensure timely, on-budget, and in-scope delivery while managing risks and minimizing write-offs.
  • Proactively escalate critical issues and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in SDA’s Product Life Cycle Management System (Accolade).
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting cycles.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to capture learnings and improve future performance.
