Job Description

As the Product & Channel Insights Manager, you will lead a team of analysts focused on delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across sales forecasting, pricing optimization, and market evaluation. You will play a critical role in supporting product line management by developing data-driven recommendations that influence business direction, product strategy, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, analytical expertise, and a passion for turning data into impactful business outcomes.

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and pricing analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to business leaders based on in-depth analysis of sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Oversee the development and refinement of sales forecasts across business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
  • Support strategic initiatives by translating complex data into clear, concise insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to present insights and recommendations that influence product development, sales planning, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure data consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing actions and promotional strategies, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and implement tools and dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Lead market opportunity assessments and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and business development.
  • Ensure data integrity and continuous improvement of forecasting and pricing processes.
  • Represent the analytics function in executive meetings, sales summits, and industry events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales forecasting, pricing analysis, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 10% Travel
