We have one 12 month fixed-term, full-time role available for 40 hours per week in our Harvey Norman Support Office located at 8/72 Cavendish Drive, Manukau City, Auckland. This role works Monday – Friday.

We are looking for someone with an understanding and interest in design, interiors, bedroom, bed linen and décor. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast paced, busy environment.
Ideally, you will have experience in dealing with a variety of audiences with different perspectives and levels of expertise.

This role will assist the Senior Bedding team with tasks such as data entry, purchase orders, pricing updates, communications and reporting. Additionally, you will manage and regularly update the Critical Path to ensure timely product launches.
In this role, you will work with suppliers to collect product details, images, samples and promotional materials. You will help update point of sale and online listings, making sure everything is accurate and on time. This role will also assist with marketing support, project work and analysing supplier responses to deadline requests.
