We are looking for a Linac Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the commercialization of our linear accelerator portfolio across Region Europe. This role is responsible for driving market adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement, while ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle management across diverse European markets. What you’ll do Own and execute the regional commercial strategy for the Linac portfolio, aligned with global objectives Lead go-to-market planning and product launches, ensuring strong positioning, pricing, and differentiation Act as the technical and clinical expert, confidently presenting to healthcare professionals and addressing complex requirements Drive pipeline growth, adoption, and pricing integrity, including tender strategy and deal governance Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, R&D and Operations to deliver successful launches and ongoing performance Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams Monitor market trends, product performance and competitive landscape to continuously refine strategy Lead and coach regional teams to deliver high-impact commercial outcomes What you bring Strong experience in medical device sales, marketing, or clinical environments Solid understanding of commercial strategy and go-to-market execution Deep knowledge of radiation oncology and linac technologies (preferred) Ability to engage credibly with clinical stakeholders and manage complex discussions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action Proven ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments Willingness to travel across Europe (~60%) Why join us?
